How Do I Transfer Videos From Camera To Windows Media Player?

By Wyndell T. On July 11, 2009 Under Video of the Week

I have recorded videos on my digital camera and I want to put them online, but the only thing that will play them is Quicktime and it won’t let me save the videos unless I buy the better version. How can I open my videos on Windows Media Player? Thanks!

You need convert the video format to suit for the Windows Media Player. In my opinion, the camera video is MOD format. If you want see them on the Windows Media Player, You can use MOD converter.
I have tried a tool called Aiseesoft Mod Video Converter. It can convert MOD,TOD,MPEG,MPG, MPV,MP4,VOB files to all popular video .
You can find it on the following website:http://www.aiseesoft.com/mod-video-conve…

Have you tried importing the files into Windows Movie Maker and saving them like that? (Not sure what it will do to the quality)
