I do not have the money to build a complete network for my business online, what else can I use via online marketing?

Any advice on other resources for online marketing and promoting my business phone service online without having to invest in a site? Does TypePad, blogs or pages acrobat audio teleconference useful sites.

It seems there are a lot of add ons for websites that you can enter your site, but I do not have the money to do everything.

Can you recommend an online marketing and business tool to get my life coaching and design affiliate on the Internet, without a complete network? Or is there a reasonable web resource that includes interactive things like sound, teleconferecing and Ezines?
