Kid Bloggers - Why do they Blog?

A number of kid bloggers are on the rise nowadays, we have a 13-year old blogger who rank no. 1 on a make money niche. That is an amazing feat for a tender age to claim that spot. It might take years for people like me to achieve such status. But why do kids blog?

They blog because:

1. They want to make money, of course.
2. They want to show to the world that web is not for adults only.
3. It is less expensive.
4. They want to express themselves.
5. Mom is away for shopping.
6. Dad is busy.
7. They are alone in their room.
8. They don’t sweat it out.
9. Games are boring.
10. Nobody is watching them.
11. They want to talk about their crush.
12. Homework is done. (I hope so)
13. They know more than their teachers.
14. Their idols are blogging so do they.
15. They want to talk about their fave pets.
16. They are sick with lessons.
17. They want to make fun.
18. Their classmates are doing it.
19. They got a crush on myspace.
20. They can hide their identity.
21. They want to write about their music.

24. Not prone to accident. (take a look at a kids graphical representation below)

This list may be short, but you can add something you know about kids.
