Man charged with rape, murder in 5-year-old’s death (The Fayetteville Observer)

A Fayetteville man accused of kidnapping 5-year-old Shaniya Davis is now charged with first-degree murder and rape in her death. Police announced the new charges against Mario Andrette McNeill during a news conference Thursday night.
