Mets acquire Jeff Francoeur from Braves for Ryan Church (New York Daily News)

Ryan Church, whose Mets career was derailed by a concussion last season in Atlanta, has been traded to the Braves for Jeff Francoeur. Francoeur was hitting .250 with five homers and 35 RBI. Church was hitting .280 with two homers and 22 RBI.
