President unveils plan to use community banks for loans to small businesses
Setting health care aside, President Barack Obama today is expected to focus on a plan he says will create more jobs in the small business sector by freeing up more capital for community banks to lend and providing the businesses with direct tax breaks for new hirings and higher wages.
