Wow.. I Need Help With My Itunes Account.please Help?

ok, i went to the apple store , the man that helped showed me how to empty all the junk files… well he actually deleted all my music, n i’m pissed , so does anyone know how to go in the computer n get thouse files out of the trash n back into my itunes??
please help .. cause this suxx
